A step forward to weight loss

                           Tips from a professional Chef

One of the biggest misnomers is that going on a diet means less flavor. Spices, herbs, condiments, and sauces can be rearranged in your life. Some of us don’t have the time to prepare fresh, healthy meals. The weight watcher programs (and many others) work, if followed correctly. But flavor can exist in any diet.

After we reach 50 years of age, the phrase we are what we eat becomes a reality. 80% of what we eat after fifty greatly affects our digestive system. If we eat correctly, we have more energy for our everyday chores or work. Don’t wait for your doctor to tell you that you shouldn’t eat something specific. It’s usually too late by then.
